DESCRIPTION:

Five holiday villas in the town of Sozopol on the Black Sea coast. The building construction is concrete with brick walls and thermal insulation. The roof is covered with tiles.  The windows are PVC double glazing.  Additionally to electricity the apartments have TV and  telephone cable connections, security system and doorbells. All the villas also have three air-conditioners each and a hot-water boiler.

Villas No 1,2,3 and 5 are two-storey buildings with 111 sq. meters of built area.

First floor

Consists of living room with kitchen box, WC and a terrace leading to the garden. There is also a staircase to the second floor. The floors of the living room and the terraces are with granite-like tiling and the kitchen is fitted but has no electrical appliances.  The bathrooms have a terracotta floor, tiles  on the walls , toilet and washbasin (mono-block).

Second floor

Consists of two bedrooms with two bathrooms and two terraces- 60 sq. meters. The bedrooms have laminate on the floor and the walls are painted with latex. The bathrooms have a terracotta floor, tiles  on the walls , toilet , washbasin (mono-block) and a shower cabin.

Villa No 2 is two-storey building with 100 sq meters of built-in area

First floor

A swimming pool will be built of 60 cubic meters covered with ceramic tiles. The garden will have grass, bushes and small trees. Each villa will have five parking spaces and a metal fence.

Beginning of construction – 30.09.2006
Completion - 30.11.2007

PRICES: Prices range from  95 000 euros to 105 540  euros

SIZES: Apartments range from studio flats (43 sq.m) to one bed room flats of (91 sq m.)

PAYMENT SCHEME:

10% deposit on Preliminary contract signing
30%  on reaching the floor
30 % on the beginning of the plastering
20% on the finishing of the floor tiling
10% on the full completion of the building
