The commercial center is intended for building in the main street, passing
throughout resort complex Sunny Beach and connecting the town of Nesebar
and the village of Sveti Vlas. According to the architectural project on the
underground floor a night bar shall be built. On the ground floor commercial
areas are intended for building with the correspondent warehouses and
sanitary units thereto. First floor – seven separate premises each one consisting
