Section 1 of complex Kamelia Garden represents G-shaped building, situated
in the western part of Sunny Beach.

The building is situated on a central place in Sunny Beach, in proximity to the
bus station, opposite hotel "Thrace Plaza". The beach line is at 250 meters
distance. The residential building has three adjacent entrances thereto.
"Kamelia Garden", section one, has 93 apartments on 4 floors plus commercial
areas on the ground floor, with the purpose of purchase or rent; mini-golf;
children's room; green areas. The owners of apartments in section one may
purchase the right of use of the open area for chaise-longues and the pool in
section two of "Kamelia Gerden".
Maintenance, cleaning and security guard of the complex are provided.
The premises are to be delivered at stage of completion "TURNKEY".
