Kamelia Garden – section two is a residential building, situated in close
proximity to section one of the complex. The building has 64 apartments,
situated on 4 floors plus ground floor with commercial areas with the purpose
of sale and rent. Section two is provided with parking lot, pool for adults and
children, open area for chaise-lounges, fitness, open-air kindergarten,
reception, and catering establishment. It is intended complete planting,
cleaning, lightning, video- surveillance and security guard of the complex, as
well as opportunity for rent of the apartments.
Maintenance, cleaning and security guard of the complex are provided.
The premises are to be delivered at stage of completion "TURNKEY".
